Let her introduce you to an exquisite world of wines. Her knowledge and her passion for fine wines were acquired during an extended stay in Tuscany. She frequently visits select wineries to satisfy her curiosity for the stories behind the various cultivations and elements such as soil, climate and the winemakers\u2019 work. At the same time, it\u2019s important to her that the wine always reflects the <em>terroir<\/em> of its origin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For this subtly created wine list, Stefanie Stalder focused on European wines: Select wines from Switzerland, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Italy, Spain and Germany are carefully matched in a rich selection of classics, rarities, specialties and discoveries. Special emphasis is put on wines from innovative winemakers. The most exquisite wines can be selected from the wine vitrine at \u201cdasRestaurant\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With \u201cCuv\u00e9e Seepark\u201d, the gastronomy team features a special identification which is re-tasted every year and exclusively bottled for Seepark by selected winemakers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Every day, the team celebrates the diversity of wine aromas, combined with meals reflecting their terroir and coming from the kitchen of Anja B\u00fchler and Dominik Sato.
